  MyTVS 24 hour Call centre will co ordinate and ensure that the service provider reaches the Break down spot within the committed time. The center will identify the closest authorized service provider (ASP) near the break down spot and put you through a conference call with the ASP.

ASP will reach you and make the vehicle road worthy . Towing and cab arrangements are also arranged for vehicles that cannot be repaired at the spot .

The vehicle can be towed to the place of your choice or repaired at any of our outlets :

  * Membership No &, Your name,
  * Location of the Break down & landmark
