On becoming a member you can avail the following services, depending on the type of membership you have registered for.

Services in Detail:

• Repair on the spot

In the event the user’s vehicle breaks down due to any minor mechanical / electrical faults and immediate repair on the spot is deemed possible, MyTVS shall assist the user by arranging for a vehicle technician to the breakdown location to repair the vehicle to aid continuing the journey.

(Battery jump starting, minor electrical repairs, replacement of fuses, minor fuel related repairs, minor wiper repairs, bulb replacements, spark plug replacements, minor brake/ clutch adjustments. Replacement of spares will be charged at actual)

• Emergency Towing Assistance (Break-down)

In the event the user’s vehicle breaks down and he / she becomes immobilized while on the road, MyTVS will assist in making arrangement for the vehicle to be towed to the nearest authorized / designated garage if immediate repair on the spot is not possible.

• Emergency Towing Assistance (Accident)

In the event the user’s vehicle meets with an accident and he / she becomes immobilized while on the road, MyTVS will assist the user by arranging for a vehicle towing service to toe the vehicle to the nearest authorized / designated garage for repairs.

(Crane Charges to be borne by the customer only)

• Flat Tyre Service

In the event the user’s vehicle is immobilized due to a flat tyre, MyTVS will assist the user by organizing for a vehicle technician to replace the flat tyre with a spare stepney tyre at the location of breakdown.

(In case of both the tyres are flat, puncture will be rectified for one tyre to aid mobility. Puncture charges to be borne by the customer while the wheel changing is free)

• Emergency Fuel Delivery

In the event the user’s vehicle has run out of fuel and hence is immobilized, MyTVS will assist the user by organizing for a vehicle technician to supply emergency fuel (up to 5 ltrs on a chargeable basis) at the location of breakdown.

• Vehicle Key Service

In the event the user is immobilized due to his vehicle keys locked inside, MyTVS will assist the user by organizing for a vehicle technician to open the car without keys at the location of the event. This service would be subject to passing our verification to avoid duping.

• Cab Assistance

In the event of the user’s vehicle breaks down and repair on the spot is not possible, MyTVS shall arrange for a Cab as an alternate mode of transport.

(Cab charges to be borne by the customer)

• Accommodation

In the event the user’s vehicle breaks down and repair on the spot is not possible, MyTVS will assist the user by arranging for a hotel accommodation at the nearest possible locations to the breakdown spot.

(Hotel accommodation charges to be borne by the customer)

• Service scope availability

The scope of the services listed is available 24x7.

• Coverage Area

The area coverage of the scope of services will be available across India (except the states of J & K and North-Eastern states)
